Returns & Refunds
Thank you for supporting my art shop. We hope you love your artwork, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your item to let us know you’d like to return it.
After telling us, you then have another 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it (unused, undamaged)

With any tags and in the original packaging

Not a custom or personalised artwork
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you need to email us at hiromity@outlook.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
In many cases, you won’t need to return the item. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
How to start a return
Email us at hiromity@outlook.com with your order number.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Please don’t send anything back before contacting us, as we may not be able to accept it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or review your photo if faulty or damaged), we’ll confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please email us at hiromity@outlook.com.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
